30-minute call about your wedding. The venue, the vibe, what moments you want to elevate. Cocktail hour? The grand entrance? First dance? We'll figure out where live performance creates the most impact, whether it's an intimate ceremony in Coral Gables or a 300-guest reception on the beach.

We Design the Show

Custom concept within 48 hours. We visit your venue, check rigging points and ceiling heights, and build a production plan: performer casting, choreography, costumes that match your color palette, music cues synced to your timeline. You get a real creative proposal, not a generic price list.

We Make It Happen

Full production crew arrives early, handles all setup and teardown. Aerialists, fire performers, contortionists, stilt walkers, LED artists. Whatever the show calls for. We coordinate directly with your wedding planner, DJ, and venue team. Full event insurance. Never missed a cue in over 1,000 productions.

How much does wedding entertainment cost?

A single ambient performer for cocktail hour starts around $500-800. Full reception shows with aerial, fire, and multiple performers typically range from $3,000-12,000+. We design custom packages for every budget and venue. The best way to get a real number is a quick call about your wedding.

What entertainment options work for weddings?

Aerial silk performers, aerial hoop (lyra), trapeze, fire dancers, fire breathers, contortionists, stilt walkers, LED performers, living statues, acrobats, and ambient character performers. We also handle lighting design and staging for the entertainment portions. The best acts depend on your venue and vibe.

Can you perform at outdoor venues?

Absolutely. We regularly perform at outdoor venues across South Florida: gardens, beaches, rooftops, and estates. For aerial acts outdoors, we bring freestanding rigs. For fire performances, we handle all fire marshal coordination. Rain backup plans included.

How far in advance should I book?

3-6 months before your wedding, especially during peak season (October through April in Miami). This gives us time for venue visits, custom choreography, costume design, and rehearsals. For simpler packages, 6-8 weeks works. The sooner you reach out, the more creative we can get.
