Charlie is a former Lead Innovation Designer at Cirque du Soleil. He develops live entertainment formats that connect performance, hospitality, creative technology, venue operations, and guest experience, and leads the strategy behind Circensia's productions, Circensia Studio, Kermess, and Circensia Foundation.

Nicolas is a National Circus School-trained artist, coach, and 2020 Gold Medal winner at the Festival Mondial du Cirque de Demain. He leads artist coordination, rehearsal standards, production flow, and the live-show systems that turn ambitious creative ideas into executable productions.
