Circensia Entertainment Group ("Circensia," "we," "us") operates circensia.com and the connected Circensia OS workflows used for casting and production operations.
We collect the contact, event, venue, budget, guest-count, creative-preference, and message information you submit through inquiry, wedding, and event-builder forms.
We collect name, email, phone, location, work-authorization answer, disciplines, experience, biography, social and portfolio links, photographs, résumé or portfolio PDF, and casting status. We do not ask applicants to upload work-authorization documents through the public form.
We collect your email address, subscription status, consent record, source, and delivery status when you join our mailing list.
When you request or use access to restricted pitch materials, we may process your name, email, phone number, access action, IP address, browser or device information, and timestamps. Production logs store hashed identifiers instead of raw access tokens or IP addresses.
We do not sell personal information or share it with third parties for their independent advertising.
Data is processed in the United States. Depending on the workflow, our service providers include Vercel for website hosting and server functions, Supabase for database and private file storage, Resend for email delivery and mailing-list management, Notion for authorized internal workflow synchronization, Telegram for restricted pitch-access notifications, and Cloudflare Turnstile for bot prevention. These providers process information for Circensia under their applicable terms and security controls.
The public site currently uses essential functionality and security checks. We will update this policy and, where required, request consent before enabling non-essential advertising or cross-site tracking. Cloudflare Turnstile may use security-related browser signals to distinguish people from automated abuse.
We keep inquiries and applications only as long as reasonably necessary for the business purpose described here, our relationship with you, and applicable contractual, insurance, safety, tax, or legal requirements. Access and security logs are retained for a shorter operational period unless needed to investigate misuse. You may request deletion, subject to records we are required to keep.
We use role-based access, row-level database controls, private file storage, expiring or scoped access links, encrypted transport, abuse rate limits, and service monitoring. No system can guarantee absolute security.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing info@circensia.com. We may need to verify your identity. To unsubscribe from the newsletter, use the unsubscribe option in a message or reply to the message with your request.
The website and public application forms are not directed to children under 13. A parent or legal guardian should contact us before submitting information about a minor performer.
If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with the updated date. No surprises.
