Circensia Entertainment Group (CEG) is a live entertainment company founded in Miami in 2023, with operations in Miami and Chicago. The company develops and produces original shows, venue residencies, touring productions, and custom live experiences across North America. Its portfolio includes Circensia, its creative and production arm; Circensia Studio, a Miami facility for circus training, rehearsal, and show development; Kermess, a Chicago entertainment venue built around a century-old Belgian Spiegeltent; and Circensia Foundation, which supports artist development and access to circus arts.

Charlie Maréchal
Co-founder & CEOCharlie Maréchal is the Co-founder and CEO of Circensia Entertainment Group. A former Lead Innovation Designer at Cirque du Soleil, he develops live entertainment formats that connect performance, hospitality, creative technology, venue operations, and guest experience. Across the group, Charlie leads the strategy and development of Circensia's productions, Circensia Studio in Miami, Kermess in Chicago, and Circensia Foundation's artist-development and community-access work.

Nicolas Allard
Co-founder & COONicolas Allard is the Co-founder and COO of Circensia Entertainment Group. A National Circus School-trained circus artist, coach, and 2020 Gold Medal winner at the Festival Mondial du Cirque de Demain, he brings deep expertise in swinging trapeze, artist coordination, rehearsal standards, production flow, and live-show execution. Across the group, Nicolas helps turn ambitious creative ideas into executable productions and supports the artists, training environments, and performance systems behind Circensia, Circensia Studio, Kermess, and Circensia Foundation.
