All the time. Planners speak our language. We coordinate directly with your team on timelines, load-in logistics, production schedules. Preferred vendor partnerships for planners who book regularly. Ask about our planner program.

Pricing & Payments

Every project is custom, but to give you a ballpark: single-performer acts for private events typically start around $1,500-3,000. Multi-performer productions with custom choreography range from $5,000-25,000+. Venue residencies are structured as ongoing partnerships with pricing based on frequency and scope. We'll always provide a detailed quote within 48 hours of your discovery call.

Everything scoped in your proposal: performers, costumes, props, rigging equipment, safety gear, insurance, travel, and on-site production management. Larger productions can include choreography, rehearsals, and custom music editing. Your quote spells out exactly what is included.

Standard terms: 50% deposit to secure your date, remaining 50% due 7 days before the event. For larger productions or venue residencies, we can structure custom payment schedules. We accept credit cards, ACH transfers, and checks. Corporate clients can request NET-30 terms with approved credit.

For multi-event bookings or ongoing residencies, absolutely. Book multiple events or commit to a quarterly schedule and we'll build in volume discounts. It's simple: the more we work together, the better the deal gets. Ask about our partnership rates.

Logistics & Technical

We've performed everywhere from intimate living rooms to stadium stages. For aerial work, we need a minimum ceiling height of 14 feet and structural rigging points (or we bring freestanding rigs). Fire performance requires outdoor space or venues with specific fire permits. Our site assessment, included in every quote, determines exactly what's possible in your space.

Yes. We arrive with everything needed for the performance: rigging hardware, aerial apparatus, safety equipment, costumes, and props. For larger productions, we coordinate lighting and sound with your venue's AV team or bring our own. You don't need to source anything.

We carry $5 million in general liability coverage that covers every performance. We provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming your venue as an additional insured within 24 hours of booking confirmation. Most venues require this. We handle it automatically.

Depends on the production. A solo act with ground equipment needs about 30 minutes. Aerial rigging typically requires 1-2 hours depending on the venue's rigging points. Full productions with multiple performers, custom staging, and tech elements may need 4-6 hours. We'll specify exact timing in your production schedule.

Fire is best outdoors or in venues specifically designed for it (like our BURN residency at Mila). For indoor events without fire permits, we offer stunning LED and pyrotechnic alternatives that create similar visual impact with none of the restrictions. Cold sparks, LED poi, and programmed light effects can be just as breathtaking.

We develop and produce work across North America, with a Miami studio, a permanent theatrical presence in Chicago, and projects in major U.S. markets. Travel and production logistics are included transparently in our proposals.

Customization & Creative

Absolutely. This is what we do best. Custom costumes, branded elements, choreography that reflects your theme or message. For brand activations, we've incorporated products into performances, matched precise Pantone colors, and created acts that tell your brand's story. The creative brief starts with your vision.

As custom as you want. We've created original 20-minute theatrical productions for product launches, choreographed performances to original music, built custom props and apparatus, and designed acts that exist nowhere else in the world. If you can dream it, we can probably figure out how to make it happen. The wilder the idea, the more excited we get.

A typical residency includes: creative development and show design, performer roster management, all rigging and equipment, rotating acts to keep content fresh, social media content for your channels, and a dedicated account manager. We structure residencies as true partnerships. Our success is measured by yours.

Yes. Your proposal includes video clips of recommended performers and acts. For larger productions, we can arrange live auditions or video calls with specific artists. You'll never book blindly. You'll know exactly who's performing at your event.

Day-of & Reliability

We maintain backup performers trained in each act for exactly this scenario. In 1,000+ shows, we've never canceled due to performer illness. Our production team has contingency plans for contingency plans. Your show goes on.

We monitor weather closely and build backup plans for outdoor events. Light rain may allow some acts to continue; thunderstorms require an indoor alternative, delay, or reschedule. Safety comes first, and the contingency plan is agreed before show day.

Always. Every event includes a production manager who handles load-in, coordinates with your team, manages the performers, and ensures everything runs smoothly. They're your single point of contact on event day. One person with one phone number who handles everything on our end.

However you want. Performances can be stage-focused (audience watches) or roaming/interactive (performers mingle, pose for photos, create moments). We can be theatrical and mysterious or warm and engaging. Just tell us the vibe. We'll match it perfectly.
